Shipping policy
1. Delivery Locations
Almasa UK currently delivers across the United Kingdom. Delivery outside the UK may be available subject to additional shipping charges and customs requirements. Please contact us by email to find out more.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1โ4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on evenings, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within the UK generally takes between 3โ7 working days depending on the courier service used. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service where possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Shipping rateย
Shipping rates are subject to the charges set by shipping carriers and may vary from time to time due to changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and increasing operational costs.
Orders of ยฃ89.99 or more are eligible for free shipping.
6. Delivered Parcels
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier with valid proof of delivery (including tracking confirmation, photographic evidence, or signature where applicable), Almasa UK cannot be held responsible for:
- parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery
- parcels taken from the delivery location after confirmed delivery
In such cases, Almasa UK will not issue refunds or replacements.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Almasa UK cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and items so that we can review the issue and assist accordingly.
